Payment Due, Sales Tax, and Satisfaction Guarantee
Sales Tax is included in these prices. All prices subject to change. These prices are effective as of January 1, 2012. The entire payment is due upon scheduling. Once we receive your request for the print order, we will present your prints to you within two weeks after that date.
Upon review of your images, if you are not completely satisfied, we will schedule an additional session at no cost. Once you accept your images, we will presume that you are satisfied with the images.
Upon review of your prints, if you are not satisfied with the prints, we will re-print those images at no additional cost.

Seagull Photographic Art retains all artistic and photographic copyrights on all images. When we present a disk to our clients with high resolution images in jpeg format, we understand they may print those images for their own use or otherwise use those digital images for personal web pages, Facebook, School Yearbook, etc. This electronic use and all reprints are reasonably limited to personal use. Any commercial use of these images is not allowed without prior agreement with Seagull Photographic Art and will infringe upon our copyright.
